We understand that each individual’s body responds differently to supplements, and your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains in detail the conditions under which we offer refunds, replacements, or credits for NutriForges Fat Burner and Whey Protein Isolate.


1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

NutriForges offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases.
If you feel that the product did not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions outlined below.

This guarantee applies to Fat Burner with MCT, Whey Protein Isolate (Vanilla), and other NutriForges dietary supplements.


 Refund Eligibility Conditions

 Unopened Products

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • The product is sealed in its original packaging

  • The product has not been used or opened

  • The request is submitted within 30 days

Refunds for unopened items do not require an explanation, but feedback is always appreciated.


 Opened Products (First Purchase Only)

We allow a refund for ONE opened container per product category (ex: 1 Fat Burner OR 1 Whey Protein), under the following conditions:

  • At least 50% of the product must remain

  • This applies only to your very first order of that specific product

  • Photo proof may be requested to verify usage

Because nutritional supplements affect individuals differently, we want you to test the product risk-free.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds CANNOT be issued if:

  • More than 30 days have passed since delivery

  • More than one opened product is returned

  • The product has been fully consumed

  • The item was purchased as a final sale or part of a non-refundable promotion

  • The package was lost or stolen but marked “Delivered”

  • The product was damaged due to improper storage by the customer

  • The return request lacks necessary supporting information


 Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Broken

  • Spilled

  • Incorrect

  • Missing items

You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Order number

We will replace the item immediately at no cost to you or offer a full refund depending on your preference.
